1. Data Collection and Local Processing NeckFlow's core functionality relies on accessing the spatial audio sensor data (CMHeadphoneMotionManager) from your compatible AirPods. Our Commitment: All sensor data is processed strictly in real-time within your device's active memory. The resulting posture statistics (e.g., focus duration, average angle, neck stress score) are entirely encrypted and stored locally on your device using Apple's native SwiftData framework.

2. No Data Uploading or Sharing We do not collect, upload, or store any of your raw sensor data or health statistics on our servers or any external servers. All your data remains exclusively on your personal device. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties.

3. Background Audio Permission To provide continuous posture monitoring while your device is locked or while you are using other applications, NeckFlow utilizes iOS Background Audio capabilities. This permission is used exclusively to play white noise or silent audio tracks to maintain the monitoring session. It does not involve accessing your microphone, recording audio, or any form of eavesdropping.
